Meet Diane

After working in education first as a teacher and then as an educational support leader, I understand how to support students in social skills, emotion regulation, academic interventions, and positive behavioural support.

I am passionate about supporting individuals, families, and their children in developing the necessary skills and tools to thrive at home, school, and on the playground. These skills are being developed in the early years, and they support a child's ability to learn, to know what it feels and looks like to be calm, to wait for a turn, to understand a friend’s need for help, focus on a task, tolerate frustration and overcome obstacles. Parents can help their children gain access to these skills. As a parent of four now adult children, I know what it can feel like to be stuck and unsure of the best next steps.

As we work together, parents, teachers, and adult caregivers become skilled at empathetic listening and collaborative problem-solving.

Join me in a collaborative consultation or coaching service, I will guide you through evidence-based practices to your next steps.

My life’s work is to help the children in your life thrive at home, at school, and in their relationships.
